BinBucket uses standard Windows components only to accomplish the binary handling.
Objects used are ADODB.Recordset, ADODB.Stream and Msxml2.DOMDocument,
which all are, as of my knowledge present by default on Windows ME/2k/XP.
If you are on 9x or NT and have MSIE 5+ installed on your system you
atleast fulfill the Msxml2 reqs.
- MDAC 2.5+ (Microsoft Data Access Components)
- Msxml2.DOMDocument 2+ (tested ok on version 3)

I am not 100% sure what MDAC/MsXML versions ships with what OS, so If
someone could fill in the blanks here, please get intouch with me so
